The New Release and White Wine of the Month is the Symphony 2025. This light white wine is 100% Symphony grapes from Lodi, California. With aromas of tropical fruit, passion fruit and pineapple with a palate of lemon zest, mango, peach, and lychee, this wine is refreshing and perfect on a hot summer day. Pair with seafood, ceviche tart or green salads with feta cheese.
The Red Wine of the Month is being rereleased as our red wine the Assemblage 2021. This blend is 50% Malbec & 50% Alicante Bouschet with grapes from the Columbia Valley of Washington. After aging in the bottle for over a year and a half, this wine is aged and ready to enjoy! This blend has aromas of plum, cherry, vanilla and sweet tobacco with a palate of black cherry and black pepper. Enjoy with beef brisket, BBQ or pastrami.
